I'm probably the last person in the entire world to own a high low skirt but I've just never seen them in stores, or they weren't the right lengths for me. I found this one in a little tiny boutique in my mall literally hidden in a corner. I've found that the most flattering high low skirts are when they hit right about your knee in the front and in the back just a couple inches above your ankle.
